Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern use of the GOJO Student App. By accessing or using the app, you agree to use it only for authorized school-connected purposes and in accordance with these Terms. If the student is not legally able to accept these Terms independently, a parent, guardian, or participating school must provide any authorization required by applicable law.
2. Authorized Student Access
You may use the Student App only through an account assigned or approved for you by a participating school or GOJO. Do not access another person's account or allow another person to use your credentials.
3. School-Provided Accounts
Participating schools may create, provision, manage, suspend, or end student access and determine which school, academic, assessment, exam, communication, and learning features are available.
4. Student Responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting your password and app-lock passcode, keeping permitted profile information accurate, using the app respectfully, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access to GOJO or your school.
5. Academic Integrity
Assessments, exams, practice activities, scores, and learning materials must be used according to school rules. You must not obtain or share unauthorized answers, impersonate another student, manipulate attempts or results, interfere with grading, or use the app to facilitate academic dishonesty.
6. Communications and Content
You are responsible for messages, images, notes, answers, feedback, and other content you submit. Do not send unlawful, abusive, threatening, deceptive, infringing, or inappropriate material, and do not disclose another person's personal information without authorization.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or school restrictions, disrupt the service, probe systems, introduce harmful code, scrape restricted content, misuse student or school information, or use the app for unlawful or non-school-connected purposes.
8. Learning Materials and Offline Copies
Materials and offline downloads are provided for authorized personal educational use. Availability may change, and downloaded content must not be redistributed, sold, or used outside permissions provided by GOJO, the school, or the content owner.
9. Privacy
GOJO handles Student App information as described in the Student App Privacy Policy. Participating schools may also have privacy notices or rules that apply to school records and student activity.
10. Intellectual Property
The Student App, website, design, names, logos, and related materials are owned by GOJO or its licensors unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not transfer ownership of GOJO or third-party intellectual property.
11. Third-Party and School Services
The app may rely on participating schools, app stores, device services, and hosted authentication, database, storage, messaging, and infrastructure providers. Those services may be governed by additional terms.
12. Service Availability and Changes
GOJO may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, school configuration, legal compliance, connectivity, or operational reasons. GOJO does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
13. Suspension or Termination
Access may be suspended or ended if the school relationship changes, the account is no longer authorized, these Terms or school rules are violated, or action is needed to protect students, schools, users, GOJO, or the service.
14. Disclaimer
The Student App is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. School-provided records, deadlines, grades, or instructions should be confirmed with the participating school when accuracy or timing is important. Nothing in the app replaces official school guidance.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GOJO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Student App. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
16. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer, student, child-protection, privacy, or educational rights in the user's jurisdiction remain unaffected.
17. Changes to These Terms
GOJO may update these Terms when the Student App, school services, or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date will identify the current version.
